This policy covers the ruyismart.cn website. Business systems we deploy for customers are governed by their own agreements and are not covered here.

This site uses no third-party analytics, advertising or social plugins, sets no tracking cookies, and loads no external fonts or scripts.
3. How we use it
The information is used only to answer your enquiry and for any follow-up business contact that requires. We do not sell, rent or otherwise pass it to unrelated third parties.
4. How long we keep it
Messages are kept for no more than 24 months from submission and are then deleted. You may ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
5. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the message information we hold about you. Ask through the contact form or using the details you left with us; we will act on it after verifying your identity.
6. Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Messages are stored in a database on our own servers, and back-office access requires an account and is logged.
